I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has been working with clients struggling with eating disorders for almost 15 years. I’m committed to helping clients learn how to build healthier relationships with food and their bodies. My work focuses on normalizing eating, targeting ineffective behaviors and beliefs around food, and helping clients work towards body acceptance. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
